Under the guidance of chef Luigi Salomone. and creative dishes, welcomes its guests in a late 19th century bourgeois palace behind the central square of the town of Nola (NA) Here, in the heart of the life of the small town centre of Campania, the restaurant Re Santi e Leoni looks like the innovation that marries the past, the avant-garde that embraces tradition. The kitchen is entrusted in the expert hands of Luigi Salomone, already Michelin star in 2016, remaining to date the youngest chef from Campania to have received this award.

Inaugurated on 26 June 2020, the entire project was curated by the architectural studio of Giuliano Andrea dell’Uva. Inside, light colors, aluminum and linear geometries dominate the scene, inspired by the work that Gae Aulenti experimented in the early 70s, old and new in comparison. The idea is to transmit that you are in a place from the kitchen and contemporary design, but that does not forget the tradition and, indeed, transforms it. Given the nature of the architectural project, the well-known magazine Elle Decor dedicated a five-page article to the restaurant.

In November 2020, a few months after opening, King Saints and Lions received the coveted recognition of his first Michelin star.
